Our retreats are held in stunning spaces to help you explore, unwind and feel inspired and connected to the world.
At The Reset space also means that little bit of room to think, chill, have a bath, read a book, take a walk or just be with your own thoughts.
The Reset isn’t just a girls weekend.
We want you to relax, of course. But we also want you to come away feeling motivated and equipped to make changes in your life that you’ve always wanted but haven’t felt ready for, until now.
The Reset was formed from our love of great food and is a central part to our weekends.
Food isn’t about rules or restrictions. We’ll show you how varied and filling a whole-foods diet can be, give you cooking demonstrations and send you away with a collection of recipes to recreate at home.
Movement is so important for a healthy body. But how much time do you make for it in every day life?
We’ve selected yoga and Pilates as key parts of our weekends. Pilates improves flexibility, strength, balance and body awareness. Yoga brings the body and mind together and is built on three main elements – exercise, breathing and meditation.
It’s trending right now, and that’s for a reason. Millions of people meditate and many successful people attribute part of their success to meditation.
We run meditation sessions throughout The Reset so that even a beginner to meditation can get started in a practice that is said to rewire your brain for happiness, peace and success.
None of The Reset means anything without a circle of people around you who will learn and grow with you.
You’ll get to know this supportive tribe through workshops across the weekend, but also have fun together in chill-out time where we might head out for a walk in the countryside or settle down to watch a film with some popcorn.
