The Reset: Bespoke

A tailored retreat designed for you


The Reset is a special, residential experience that we have designed to include everything you need to make changes in your life. 

But if you're looking for something more unique, perhaps a one-off workshop or a day mini-retreat for a group of friends or something with colleagues as part of a corporate wellness programme, we can design something just for you. 

For a full day mini-retreat the schedule could look something like this:


Example day retreat schedule

09.00-09.30    Breakfast provided (granola pots, juices, smoothies etc.) 

09.30-10.30    Workshop on mindfulness / meditation - incorporating this into every day life + importance of taking care of the mind 

10.30-10.45    Break (snacks provided)     

10.45-11.45    Workshop on organisation / stress management / making time / prioritisation 

11.45-12.00    Set up for workout 

12.00-13.00    Yoga or Pilates

13.00-14.00    Lunch provided (salads, fruit, dips - buffet style) 

14.00-15.00    Talk / workshop on relationships with food / diet myth busting with Lauren (Nutritional Therapist)

15.00-15.30    Break (snacks provided)  

15.30-16.30    Final workshop on the stories we tell ourselves - how to manage mindset and change negative thinking 

16.30                Final remarks and close
