21 Days of Affirmations
Affirmations are proven methods of self-improvement because of their ability to rewire our brains.
Much like exercise, affirmations raise the level of feel-good hormones in our bodies and push our brains to form new clusters of “positive thought” neurons. Affirmations can break patterns of negative thoughts, negative speech, and, in turn, negative actions.
We love affirmations here at The Reset so we thought we'd start you on the path to an affirmation habit.
It reportedly takes 21 days to form a new habit, so we want to send you an affirmation once a day for 21 days to get you feeling positive and start to rewire your brain.
After 21 days we hope you'll see the benefit of talking positively to yourself and maybe create some affirmations of your own to continue with. You can check out our Affirmations board on Pinterest to get inspired.
