The Reset experience

A beautiful space to learn and be inspired in

Our retreats are held in stunning spaces to help you explore, unwind and feel inspired and connected to the world.

In Ireland we run our weekends at the idyllic Loughcrew House and Gardens, a 17th and 19th Century Irish estate steeped in compelling history, with stunning inside spaces as well as lawns, terraces, gardens, hills and a lake to complete the location. We have free reign to explore and we’ll give you time during the weekend to do just that.

In Portugal we run our extended 5 day retreats in the picturesque fishing village of Olhao in the stunning surrounds of Casa Fuzetta an exceptional private home in the heart of the village.

At The Reset, space also means that little bit of room to think, chill, have a bath, read a book, take a walk or just be with your own thoughts.

Workshops to give you the tools you need

The Reset isn’t just a girls weekend. We want you to relax, definitely. But we also want you to come away feeling motivated and equipped to start on the things you’ve always wanted to.

Our workshops are based on taking you from reality to goal. We don't give out one-size-fits-all plans. You will set your own steps with lots of help from us and make your own personal commitments to changes in your life that we can support you through.

Topics include how to manage your stress, how to make changes in your work-life, how to find more time in your day and how to tackle food anxiety. You can take part in all of them, or dip in and out to suit your needs.

Our workshops are focused on different areas of your life that we know you want to improve:

  • Finding your value in the world - when we're whizzing through life it's easy never stop and wonder: is there more to life than this? We give you the time and tools to take a pause and assess where you are right now. We take a look at what you've achieved and what you want to focus on improving to make your life even better. We break down your goals into manageable, achievable steps and form a supportive community to cheer you on and keep you accountable.

  • Your relationship with food - Are carbs bad? How much protein should I be eating? How can I eat better on the go? What is meal prep all about? What does balance really mean? All these topics and more are covered in a session led by The Reset Co-Founder Lauren Healy, Nutritional Therapist.

  • Time management and organisation - why are we stressed constantly? How do we gain back time in our day? How can we feel more organised? If time is your enemy find out how to get it back in your life during this session led by The Reset Co-Founder Vicky Shilling.

  • Vision boards - We also create the space and tools you need to build your own vision board throughout the weekend.

Delicious food to nourish and fill you

The Reset was formed from our love of great food and is a central part to our weekends.

Food isn’t about rules or restrictions. We’ll show you how varied and filling a whole-foods diet can be, give you cooking demonstrations and send you away with a collection of recipes to recreate at home and a new-found enthusiasm for cooking from scratch.

An on-site chef will cook for you all weekend, the price of your weekend includes breakfast, lunch and a three course dinner each evening and snacks throughout. No-one goes hungry!

Cookery demonstrations - everything you eat on the retreat will be a meal you can make back at home.

For our Ireland retreats we have a focus on whole foods and simple cooking. Our retreat chef, published cook-book author and food blogger Sinéad from Delalicious will provide you with all the recipes and meal-prep know how. In a cooking demonstration during the weekend Sinéad will also show you how to make easy snacks and healthy made-ahead breakfasts to keep you fuelled.

Yoga and Pilates sessions to strengthen and connect

Exercise is important in your life, we all know it. But how much do you prioritise it, and when you do, are you doing the best things for your body?

We’ve selected yoga and Pilates as key parts of our weekends. Pilates improves flexibility, strength, balance and body awareness. Yoga brings the body and mind together and is built on three main elements – exercise, breathing and meditation.

Don't worry if you've never tried yoga or Pilates before, the classes will cater for all. We think they're the perfect way to ensure our move pillar becomes a regular feature in your life.

short and focused meditations for all parts of your life

It’s trending right now, and that’s for a reason. Millions of people meditate and many successful people attribute part of their achivement to meditation.

We run meditation sessions throughout The Reset so that even a beginner can get started in a practice that is said to rewire your brain for happiness, peace and success.

A circle of like-minded people to support you

Community is really important to you and it is to us too. None of The Reset means anything without a circle of people around you who will learn and grow with you.

You’ll get to know a supportive tribe through workshops throughout the weekend, but also get to have fun in chill-out time where we might head out for a walk in the countryside or settle down to watch a film with some popcorn.

Community also means that support goes on beyond the retreat, with exclusive access to our group of Reset attendees, all there to support you whatever challenges you're facing.
