During this one day retreat experience we’re giving you space, time, tools and support to make the changes in your life that are well overdue.

We'll take you through a gorgeous day sharing everything we know about achieving the happy and healthy life you deserve.

From building a better relationship with food and overcoming stress and procrastination to working through self-care myths and enjoying moving your body through yoga, we’ve got everything covered.

Just like all our full retreats, this mini Reset experience will also leave you with new connections with whom you’ve shared the day. Talking about what our hopes and visions are for the future is a really bonding experience. Our guests always go away feeling connected to a strong support network of women that truly understand them and will cheer them on, far beyond the retreat itself.

14.15 Break up with multi-tasking - the importance of doing one thing at a time

15.15 Self care – how to prioritise yourself

16.00 Tea, coffee and snacks

16.15 Gifts for your future self - feeling grateful and enough with where you are right now

17.00 Finish - head home with a goody bag full of treats
